If I could give zero stars, I would. I switched to Purr N Pooch in Wall from the Grooming Garage in Neptune because it was closer to our house. We only send our dog for grooming because he's afraid of getting his nails cut. I explicitly told them this upon drop off and it was in his profile. We dropped him off, paid $60 plus a $15 tip and weren't told they had a problem cutting his nails. I had been going there for years with my other dog. Last year, there was an incident where my dog mounted another dog, as dogs sometimes do. He was in the doggy daycare. The other dog BIT my dog, who had to be taken to the vet for treatment. Purr n pooch had to pay the $250. O0 vet bill. Just today I asked if I could get him a bath and the daycare. They said he could have the bath, but the daycare he would be put alone in a kennel. So this means he would not be with other dogs, but I would still pay the same fee. He is dog f... read more

I hight receomned you aks to see were the dogs are left outside for hours with 50 to 60 other dogs. Thet are left all day crying and barking. By the way they call this Doggy Day Care and charge you for it

I have brought my dog here since he was a pup and he is now 8. He actually cries when we pull into the parking lot because he can't wait to get inside. The employees are truly caring and take such good care of the animals. I have used all of their services except the training but boarding, day care, grooming are top notch. Highly recommended.

this place is awsome. I was looking at having to give my dog back to the pound unless I found someone to watch her while I was at work all day. The hours are flexible and the service is great. They have awsome people to look after your pet and a nice big yard for them to play in. The price is decent and you get more then what you pay for. my dog loves it and so do I.
