If I could give zero stars, I would. I switched to Purr N Pooch in Wall from the Grooming Garage in Neptune because it was closer to our house. We only send our dog for grooming because he's afraid of getting his nails cut. I explicitly told them this upon drop off and it was in his profile. We dropped him off, paid $60 plus a $15 tip and weren't told they had a problem cutting his nails.
