Their customer service sucks!
My friend lost her dog and called to ask a simple question and was YELLED at by your owner claiming it was her fault her dog got lost. You're trash and I would never EVER recommend this place to anyone.
The owner of this business has a terrible attitude and needs training on customer service. My family called this business to inquire about the company they used to microchip our beloved pup we got there several years ago. Instead of saying he didnt remember, he berated us for not having the documentation for a dog that was gifted to us as children. UPDATE: refuses to take any responsibility for the way he treated a previous customer and pretty much try to push blame on the customer themselves. def would not recommend. Terrible customer service and cold hearts. Had a friend who called to see if her dog that she purchased ten years ago may have had a chip since the dog was lost. instead of at least offering sympathy, they blamed her for losing the dog. What a terrible thing to tell a grieving pet mom.
The daughter of a friend called this company looking for information regarding who implanted the identifying microchip into their pet. The owner refused to help and was absolutely condescending. No business should offer such shoddy customer service.
