A few of our cat friendly features include Feliway calming towels in our lobby to place on your cat's carrier and cat perches in each exam room for your cat to explore. 02/15/2025 - My second visit to Purrfect Care Feline Medical Center for my fur baby’s annual check up. As a senior cat, establishing a primary provider is important is supporting his health and “we” are glad we chose this feline medical center. The office was clean. The examining rooms caters to cats. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Lily has not always been the calmest cat at the vet, but they do their absolute best for her and do absolutely everything they can to make her comfortable. Dr. Tanner and her team have so much care and compassion and I cannot put into words how much I appreciate how much they have done for Lily since we have moved to Columbus. Our cats are so well taken care of at Purrfect Care. All of the staff are "cat people" and it's awesome! We leave each appointment so grateful for their compassion and clear communication. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
They're a small staff and the only cats but they're phenomenal. I literally show my face once a year and that's it. And it's just to get my cats they're yearly because that's all they need. But despite the fact that they only see us once a year they still know who we are and know how my cats were last year and it's not stuff that's written in the chart at all. Next time I'll take pictures but this place was amazing. Every single person was wonderful to my cat and took as long as it took to get her comfortable enough to go to the next step, even if the next step, was a very small step. They treated my cat as if she were their cat. I will recommend this place and I already have!! Dr. Hagley and all the staff were top notch!!
