Everyone (receptionists, techs and vets) always answer my questions. They also treat George, my cat, like a little king even though he can be a bit vocal and complains! I’ve boarded him as well and I love that they update me and give me a little report which includes what he liked during his “vacation” with him. I feel very comfortable in letting them care for George. The whole staff is visibly passionate about their work and their charges! I would highly recommend this place to anyone with cats!!!!!

Purrfect Care Feline Medical Center, a cat-only hospital, provided a wonderful first experience for my cat, Coco. From the moment we arrived, Mariah, the vet nurse, was very friendly and helpful while gathering Coco’s information before we met with Dr. Cassello. The treats she gave Coco were a plus and helped to make her comfortable. We are very appreciative of the team at Purrfect Care. Dr Tanner and Dr Cassello have treated both our cats over the years. They both are caring, understanding, and communicate well. The team at the front desk is always looking out for us. They have helped squeeze us in an appointment on short notice and communicate very well. The whole team has been transparent about the costs and course of all treatments. We recommend Purrfect Care to anybody in Columbus who needs care for your cat(s)!

Everyone I've met at Purrfect Care Feline Medical Center has been friendly to me and gentle and loving with my two cats. They are also extremely knowledgeable about cat health, including behavioral issues. I have worked mostly with Dr. Guess, who recently advised me on how to reduce my cats' aggressive behavior with each other. I recently adopted my cat (Pigeon) and had heard nothing but good things about this place from my sister, so decided to give them a shot. They were so welcoming from the very beginning and Dr. Guess did a great job, was so patient, and answered all my questions. Also the establishing appointment only took 20 minutes and was very efficient! Would absolutely recommend to others.
