I have taken my cats here for years. I love the care and attention we receive. I find that the vet and their team actually listen to me and help find the best way to move forward in a way that makes everyone happy.
We’ve been coming here for 10 years, and it’s the only place we’ve ever taken our baby. Dr. Cassello and Dr. Hagley are both excellent. Dr. Cassello always takes the time to explain things clearly and talk through options, and you can tell how thorough and compassionate she is. We never feel rushed. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and it’s obvious they genuinely care. We trust them completely and wouldn’t take our little void anywhere else!
02/15/2025 - My second visit to Purrfect Care Feline Medical Center for my fur baby’s annual check up. As a senior cat, establishing a primary provider is important is supporting his health and “we” are glad we chose this feline medical center. The office was clean. The examining rooms caters to cats. Dr. Liza Guess and all of the staff were absolutely wonderful! They were incredibly welcoming, absolutely adored cats, and were very knowledgeable and gentle in handling my babies Bastet and Kasha during their exams! We switched from our previous veterinary clinic hoping that Purrfect Care would be better for our anxious cats, and it is everything we hoped for and more! We look forward to continuing Bastet and Kasha’s care at Purrfect Care!
What an amazing experience! Recently relocated to Columbus and our cat sitter recommended Purrfect Care. Our 10 year old girl hadn't been to the vet in a few years and was overdue for an exam and vaccines. The staff was amazing and our MK did great. They took their time with us, explained each procedure and future needs for her. They made her feel comfortable and kept her anxiety at a minimum. I would recommend in a heart beat. Both the vet and the techs were so gentle and caring.
