Great Work! This shop took care of my car. I left the car with them on Monday. They called me at work to go over what they found and I okayed the repairs. They called back a few hours later to tell me it was ready. I picked the car up on the way home and it was running great. Simple, fast and easy. Thanks again.

Purrfect is Perfect! Great reliable shop right down the street from my house. I never have far to go if there is a problem with my car. I’m lucky they are so close because my car is not that great to begin with. Purrfect has kept it running for quite some time.
Trustworthy Since 2001 virtually all of the necessary maintenance and repair work on my three vehicles has been done at Purrfect Auto Service! I have personally always found the staff accommodating, pleasant but above all knowledgeable. Both Pat and Jim have been in and around the industry for a long time. From my point of view, Purrfect Auto is just great. I will continue to use their services with confidence and trust.
Honest & Professional Honest & Professional. I have been going to Purrfect Auto for 3 years and have never had a problem. Even for work that they don't do, I always give them a call and get their opinion first. When I asked the manager about fixing my bumper, he actually recommended 2 places and gave me some insight as to how insurance might view it and where the costs would come from.
Honest & Knowledgeable Car Guys Since 2001when I found Purrfect Auto in Tustin virtually all of the necessary maintenance and repair work on our three vehicles has been done there. $60 for a full inspection!!? NICE! I originally went in for an oil change, but found a special for $60 for a full inspection. Not buying in to the "quick sale" I checked my maintenance manual and compared the actual work with the dealer's. HOLY [emailprotected]!P! The dealer had charged me $129 for the same inspection that this Purrfect Auto charged only $60 for! No hidden fees or unintended problems after the inspection either!
Stay away - rip off! Rip off. Quote a price of $89 then switch it to $145 for a battery replacement. They get you in with a limping or towed car and they raise the price. Argumentative. Not concerned with customer satisfaction. The place was empty. I used to use them all the time and it was always busy. Now the new management has lost me as a customer as well and everyone warned who takes heed. Zero stars!
