Rude manager we went for a oil change and were thier first in line and he took customers that arrived after us first for the same service.He had no respect for our time or my car that needed service.I wont be back thier I will be going to the dealership from now on.
My smog check was required to be completed at a STAR station and Purrfect Auto Paramount is listed as a STAR location. I had the smog check done and it failed. The mechanic advised me in order to further explain exactly what needs to be repaired and costs he'd have to diagnose for an addition $50. I told him I didn't have the money for repairs so it didn't make sense to diagnose.
