We moved up to Wilbraham from Texas and my 13 year old car struggled to get up here, then finally died a day after we arrived. Richard was able to get the car down to the shop, worked over the issues, gave me options and got me back on the road the same day. I had him look the car over and make sure no other issues would pop up later on, and gave me hope that the car would last a few more months, long enough for us to find a new car. Great service and a great help!
Very friendly n nice
I called for a simple part inquiry and got nothing but attitude. Was looking for a place to take care of issues I just didn't want to deal with with my machines and the guy was a total jerk, completely unprofessional. I guess he's so great he doesn't need new customers. Would never recommend.
Highly recommend. Honest, genuine and knowledgeable owner. So happy to have this local shop in town
