I have had three 1-hour sessions with Doug. Because of his coaching I have been able to double my income. He is really good at listening and making suggestions. He taught me how to set up my resume. He gave me examples of cover letters that I could model mine after. He did a great review of the resumes and cover letters that I sent him. Doug Anders is truly a progressive employment counselor. He has wonderful advice and suggestions to enhance your resume, cover letter, and interview skills.
