Johnathan W. was on time, professional, and patient with all the questions my grandfather had. Sometimes he has memory issues and can repeat the same question. Johnathan answered every time like it was the first time hearing it and went through every step of what he found in the pool evaluation
I called in a few times and Josh who handles the estimates always answers with an attitude. I asked him to resend estimate and he said if you check your email we sent it already you can check. I told him I didn’t have it he said well I’m not at a desk so you’ll have to wait.
