we had an appointment at noon today. i re-arranged my time to be home. plumber never came nor called. i called an hour later to confirm the missed appointment, he and asked to reschedule, i was not interested. i chose this plumber based on his 5 star rating, i'm not sure how he got 5 star rating. very unprofessional, and wasted my time.
Very friendly and professional. Toilets clogged the day before our party. He showed up quickly, and successfully rooted our pipes, and saved the day!
