Purpose Plumbing came to our house when they said they would which was better than a few of the others. They checked the water heater and gave us our choices. Once we made the decision they were able to fix it the same day and was a lot lower than the other quote we got. I will use them the next time I need a plumber.

Scotty was fantastic! We had an issue with our refrigerator water line. He worked cleanly and quickly and the line is now good as new!

HORRIBLE SERVICE I called for an Emergency at onenof my Stores , told them I needed someone on site within two hours and they reassured me they would be on site the same day, after 2.5 hours of no updates I decided to call to check on ETA and they told me they won't be able to make it today. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST , they will let your house or bussines flood.

Unfortunately, an extremely dishonest company. Called for a leaking toilet. It was explained to me that the flange underneath the toilet needed replacing. Agreed to that. The attached invoice even states the scope of the work “installed new toilet flange mounted to floor”. However, they obviously didn’t intend on me pulling the toilet again the very next day. Lo and behold, guess what was NOT changed out? They quoted and invoiced for replacing the flange mounted to the floor and did not perform the work. Careful having this ... read more
