In my opinion, homeowners should consider looking elsewhere for residential plumbing repairs. My experience with Purpose Plumbing resulted in charges that amounted to roughly $860 per hour for a 5-hour repair to a single 2-foot pipe. The total bill was almost $4,400, not including the additional $2,000 for a separate contractor to repair two large access holes left in my walls — one upstairs, one downstairs. I would not recommend Purpose Plumbing to anyone. The first appointment they never showed up and when they did, the work was sloppy at best and way overpriced. We had to call them back to finish the work they started (see attached pictures).

So these guys showed up late two different times, then got mad at me for not being home 2 hours after their window. Then when we finally scheduled a time, they show up 20 minutes early when I'm on a work call. The have a 3 hour window- mind you. Then they quote me 35% higher than any of the other quotes I got, and when I said I think I'll go a different direction, they forced me to pay a 50 dollar service fee (knowing they were coming to quote a job.)
