My husband called for detox and was told they had two beds open....suddenly Cody after talking insurance said they didnt have any beds open. I called back and asked if they had some and he said yes. So apparently they pick and choose what insurances they want to deal with and who they want to deal with. It took so long to get my husband to finally agree to go and this punk is going to derail his sobriety because hes too lazy to deal with insurance. Stellar facility you got there.
THIS PLACE MADE ME GIVE UP SEEKING TREATMENT EVER AGAIN! I wanted felt obligated to give a fair waring to anyone looking at this facility for help. It definitely isn't for everyone. Their entire program consists of being taken from the house you'll be staying in to the center every morning except Sunday which is your off day. After your classes end at 12 you really don't have much to do. I was there for only 2 weeks. The therapist, Ursula, was great. So easy to relate to and definitely made me feel comfortable talking during our one on ones.
I was here voluntarily because I knew I needed help with my alcoholism, I was not court ordered or on probation so I didn't have to stay. I chose to stay as long as I could and came up with a 1000 reasons to leave. I chose to stay because of the staff, they really do care and they know what it's like to be in addiction.
