So far I have only talked to them on the phone. The woman who initially answered assured me that she would personally talk to me again throughout the weekend. And she did. I am going to this place tomorrow and feel at ease. When people are on the fence about getting help and surrendering, the first person that answers can sometimes make the difference between staying the same or changing. Whoever answered and called back the past two days is an angel. Thank you.

Called several different numbers for this location and no one answers the phone play message me with a phone number to call back and no one answers that line either. How awful when someone looking for help can't get it because no one answers phone

Daughter in facility on Redfield for 3 weeks and had only one private session. No family session at all. Kind people had donated clothing and shoes for those in need, but the house manager wouldn’t let the needy people look through the boxes. She only allowed people who had everything they needed look through the donations. The van that the patients rode in often had no a/c and the temps were 110 +! My wife Emma Stumpff is at Purpose Healing Center for her to complete probation and get clean I appreciate everything your doing for her It's just hard not being able to talk or see her to show my support

My husband called for detox and was told they had two beds open....suddenly Cody after talking insurance said they didnt have any beds open. I called back and asked if they had some and he said yes. So apparently they pick and choose what insurances they want to deal with and who they want to deal with. It took so long to get my husband to finally agree to go and this punk is going to derail his sobriety because hes too lazy to deal with insurance. Stellar facility you got there.
