I had been a client of another stylist for a little while who suddenly decided to cut my hair without asking if I wanted it cut. I had a pixie cut I was growing out into a full bob. The pixie style was started before I became her client. She tried to taper the back and completely ruined my hair. I discussed the issue with her, and she tried to make the cut look presentable. If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. This was one of the worst hair experiences I’ve ever had. I booked a closure sew-in expecting skill and professionalism — instead, I got a disaster. She admitted before the appointment that she no longer offers closure sew-ins but agreed to do it anyway. That should’ve been my first red flag.
