If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. This was one of the worst hair experiences I’ve ever had. I booked a closure sew-in expecting skill and professionalism — instead, I got a disaster. She admitted before the appointment that she no longer offers closure sew-ins but agreed to do it anyway. That should’ve been my first red flag. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, but everything went downhill from there. The braid foundation was sloppy — I could’ve done better myself.
