I wish I had read all the reviews I too had an appointment and what's left standing outside the building that said closed and what's worse it was my birthday. I tried to reschedule and made another appointment. I was informed the day of the appointment approximately 2 hours before that she had to cancel again this is not a professional business I would not recommend wasting your money here
