I highly recommend Heber, Purple Sky. I have been visiting this office for the past two years. Everyone I have seen has helped me learn and grow as a person. “This has been the worst counseling experience my family has ever had. We left feeling unheard, unsupported, and extremely disappointed. I would not recommend this facility to anyone based on our experience. I especially urge people to be cautious if they are seeking compassionate, professional care, because that is not what we received. I hope management takes feedback seriously and improves the quality of care.”
I was rejected as a client because I had a list of requirements. As someone who has trauma in my past it's important that I see an experienced therapist. But they could not offer me that. Or they didn't like that I knew what I needed out of a therapist and asked for it. Maybe I was too particular, but if I'm paying the kind of money they charge I want to know that I'm going to benefit and not be placed with their least experienced therapist.
