The person I talked to for my quote was so arrogant and annoying that I couldn’t bring myself to do business with a company that can’t even respect me as a prospective customer. In our first text transaction, he opened with the fact that I was wrong & didn’t order enough space with my PODS. I run a storage facility where there are signs everywhere asking people not to smoke while on property . The movers ignored that. I find that extremely disrespectful. What kind of business allows their employees to proudly disrespect other businesses?!
