Dr. Parr and the very talented team at Purple Paws are the only ones that we trust with the care of our very "sweet" girl.
While the clinical care from the veterinarians is great, the administrative side has become frustrating. On multiple occasions, they refused long-term medication refills for my dogs despite having a scheduled checkup pending, causing a month-long gap in treatment. The front desk is often unhelpful, voicemails go ignored, and their 'appointment confirmation' service doesn't actually happen, forcing me to follow up manually every time.
Purple Paws Pet Clinic is an amazing place for pet care. The staff is kind, compassionate, and truly cares about every animal that comes through the door. The veterinarians take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure you feel comfortable with the treatment plan. The clinic is clean, well organized, and runs very smoothly. It’s such a relief knowing your pet is in good hands here. Highly recommend Purple Paws Pet Clinic to any pet owner looking for reliable and caring service.

I had a great experience at Purple Paws Pet Clinic! I brought my pet in for grooming with Lacey and she was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. She took the time to point out a few grooming concerns and explained everything clearly so I understood how to better care for my pet’s coat and skin.
