There was a recent death in the family and my husband's work had a flower arrangement sent using this florist. When they left text or voice messages, they were very vague and sounded like spam. So they were ignored. My work sent using a Tilbury florist and they left a voice message with the exact info I needed and so we were confused why this florist didn't do the same. When we finally did receive the arrangement it was very minimal and the flowers died in a week. Very disappointing as I'm sure it was expensive.
