This place used to be my hidden gem, and I would always leave feeling very well taken care of and happy with my nails. This last experience, however has been such a drastic change and I left very disappointed with mismatched nails and absolutely zero attention to what my requests were. This place has definitely gone down hill and I'll be taking my services elsewhere :(
awful experience. tina did not do a good job at doing my manicure and sophie at my pedicure. sophie did not even know how to use a cuticle plier and made my toenail bleed. will never recommend this place to anyone ever again.
She didn’t clean my cuticles, and heals and they gave me only 2 minutes steam & no massage with scrub & no massage on my feet she didn’t apply lotion after finishing. Very bad service she charged me $43.7 for 10 minutes pedicures so useless
Took another person in my place and suggested I come back later. I left and won't be back.
