My wife & I came in to test out mattresses, and we left with such a great one! Alexander helped us to find the perfect fit by giving us expert knowledge about each option, and specific recommendations based on our sleeping habits. Would highly recommend!!!
First off. The bed was not for us. We checked it out, spent a while in the store, got it home, ended up not liking it, sending it back after 90 days. BUT!! just because it wasn't for me doesn't mean it wouldn't work out for you, the people there were SUPER nice and knowledgeable, and put up with like a thousand questions out of us. And PURPLE ABSOLUTELY kept up their end of the money back guarantee with no hassle at all, that's why 4 stars even though I returned the mattress.
My son and I stopped in during an out of town trip just during a mall walking session. Everyone in the store was so friendly and they even connected me to a store in my own home town. Bob and Toni helped us that day and answered all of our questions. I was blown away by how knowledgeable Toni was without being to pushy.
