Walked in on a whim just to test it out and Luke met us and gave us all the info and was quite helpful. So much so my wife and I will be changing from our temperpeidic we got a few years ago soon. Tekeyah was also very helpful and playful with our 1 year old daughter while Mom and I tested the the showroom. Thank you both and we WILL be seeing you soon. Happy Holidays!!

Bob the Sleep Genius was absolutely wonderful! The best customer service I’ve had in so long! He definitely convinced me to get 2 purple pillows and sleep goggles. Visited this Purple store with the intent to try each mattress and make a purchase. My fiance and I are very different sleepers, me in my side, him on his back, and I also suffer from neck, shoulder, and lower back pain. Bob did such an amazing job walking us through each one and giving us the chance to try them out. The difference in support the mattresses gave me were crazy! Logan and Bob were very knowledgeable of their product line and were able to answer any questions we had! Logan was patient and explained the pricing of each, the options and differences of each set down to the small details. Very impressive!! Very friendly which made the atmosphere of the store comfortable as if we were having a conversation with friends as opposed to just being sold a product. 10/10 would recommend!
