We've visited the SLC Factory Outlet Store a couple of times now and the staff are always helpful! We tried a couple of pillows and I absolutely love mine, but it took a couple of tries for my husband to find the one he likes, and no pressure, Brandt helped us with the returns until we found the one that fit! Hunter was amazing and was so patient, informative and helpful in guiding us to the right mattress and making sure everything worked for us. Thanks guys - you are the best!
