Cara is a great massage therapist, and has been extremely instrumental in my recovery and wellness
As part of a birthday gift, I received foot reflexology & a therapeutic massage. It was fantastic! I had foot pain for weeks before my appointment to the point it was hard to walk. I haven't had any since. I asked for another for Mother's Day :)
I had a fantastic experience with Cara! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and welcoming. Cara was incredibly skilled, intuitive, and attentive to my needs. She listened carefully to what I wanted and focused on the areas that really needed attention, blending relaxation with therapeutic techniques perfectly. I left feeling noticeably looser, more aligned, and completely relaxed. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a high-quality massage experience.
So far I have seen Cara two times and have noticed such a difference already. I just came back from a 6-day vacation and for the first time in years was almost completely pain free when walking miles everyday
