I went to Rochelle for help with my OCD and anxiety. From the first appointment she showed how much she cared and was willing to help. She later on assisted me in the process of getting an ADHD diagnosis and even helped me find a new doctor when my insurance got dropped. Overall she's a great person and an even better counselor.
I met with my counselor for the first time today. Walking in the environment was just calm. When I got to her office I felt so comfortable. She allowed me to tell her where I would like to start and asked the questions that needed to asked to help me get to where I want to be. She didn’t use a bunch of terms I didn’t understand. I was very comfortable and that’s a huge thing for me. I can’t wait to start this healing journey with her! Thank you!!!
I went here about a month. My therapist literally trauma dumped on me during each session. I felt like I was HER therapist. They also charged me twice for my sessions. Once through insurance and once out of pocket. Do NOT recommend.
They sent me an online intake form that was miles and miles long. Some people in need are uncapable either through being too anxious or just overstimulated by the amount of things that want you to fill out and navigate online. Since I didn't fill everything out my appointment was canceled the day before and since I didn't see the email I showed up to ne greeted by no one and for some it takes a great deal of energy to get out and reach out only to be pinned down by tons of online paperwork and being unwelcomed at the door.
