I had the most wonderful and tailored experience from Oscar recently. He took me through the selection of mattresses and pillows and was able to recommend real winners based on my sleep habits. Just bought my Purple mattress from Jacky. She was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She answered my questions and even gave insight into sleep improvement. Thank you Jacky for quality customer service. I can’t wait to get a restful sleep on Purple!
Oscar was very helpful and friendly, being attentive and answering every question with detail. He is a very genuine person and although we didn’t end up going with purple because of preference, he showed us a lot of kindness.
