Naomi greeted me right away and was so helpful—asked smart questions about how I sleep, what bugs me at night, etc., then let me test everything without rushing. She knew her stuff on the grid and cooling features. Claire jumped in too and helped compare a few options and pillows. Both were friendly, real, and actually fun to talk to. If you’re looking for great, comfortable, high quality bedding products with great customer service to match, then come to this Purple store. Claire provided such great customer service throughout the entire process. She listened to what I was looking for, recommended different products based on what I was looking for, let me try out different products and informed me about their promotions. The only reason I am posting a review is because of Bryna Johnson's professionalism, enthusiasm, and charm. I went into the store, kinda on a whim, and we ended up discovering the difference between most mattress stores and purple's approach to mattress selling (but they sell way more than just mattresses). Overall I learned about the different models, the types of pillows, the "zero-gravity" mattress feature. It was a great time and I really am considering purchasing a new mattress in the near future.
