Bought a second Kojack to find the lifting pole did not have all of the correct parts. My email saw a prompt reply from Kelvin and the problem solved quickly.
We were travelling in our Opus OP13 and about to head out from close to Adelaide and cross the Nullarbor and our water pump failed. We were able to get a warranty fix approved within a few hours and get the repair made all within 24 hours. Thanks to the Opus customer service team for facilitating the warranty approval so quickly.
Fantastic warrantee service by the team at Purple Line. I bought my camper 2nd hand and Purple Line honored the terms of the original warrantee without question, fixing a number of faults effectively. Great to deal with. Thank you.
Bought a titanium mover from these guys. Used it 3-4 times and it stopped working. Went back for warranty and they claimed it was submerged in water. Wasn’t but their dodgy mover isn’t fit for purpose and isn’t water proof. Avoid this company
