Very bad warranty, very bad workmanship, liars and bullies, they refuse to do warranty repairs, and when they had to it was worse than before, took them to VCAT, absolute disgrace this company. I have a Torpedo locking hitch pin lock that has aged badly. The company does not have replacement parts available for the failed rubbers and key barrel cover. Was told I could buy a new one. Don’t think so - I’ll look for something that can last with better support. Must say the Saracen hitch lock has been better quality and the key barrel cover has not failed on that.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Terrible product, even worse customer service, could not care less about their customers once they’ve got your money. Dropped the ball on serval occasions and will ghost you when you try raise issues with their dodgy products. Absolute disgrace
