I had a horrible experience there! I found it very suspicious that they don’t even ask for ID not insurance there for vaccines how can you vaccinate anyone with out information on the person and not verify that they are not allergic to any medication!! One vaccine does not fit all. I will not recommend they are rude and they never return your calls it’s a scam and they just want your money ! All I have to say is RUN FROM THIS PLACE I HAVE BEEN STOOD UP AND TOLD SO MANY LIES I CAN WRITE A LONG LIST ABOUT HOW BAD THIS PLACE HAS DONE ME TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER FILLED OUT MY PAPERWORK THIS IS THE WORSE PLACE EVER I WOULDNT RECOMMEND A DOG TO COME HERE!!!!! I HAVE BEEN GETTING THE RUN AROUND FOR A WHOLE WEEK !!!! AND SHE HAD THE NERVE TO CHARGE ME AN ADDITIONAL $75 TO FILL MY DOCUMENTS OUT CON ARTIST TAKE HEED TO MY WORD!!!!
Heed the reviews and go anywhere but to Raven Modisette , she will take your money, lie to you and give you the runaround. And don’t expect them to return calls/messages. Professional con artist at this establishment! You’ve been warned… 🤷🏾♀️
Every month I have to call hundreds times for them to send in my prescription. It’s wild and they wouldn’t even cooperate to send my medical records to another clinic. It’s a mess, why as a patients I have to wait month and half after my appointment to get my prescription sent to the pharmacy. And most things not being billed appropriately to the insurance.
