We visited Lyn at Purple Giraffe so that my 6 year old son could have an educational assessment after some learning concerns were raised by his teachers. Lyn was lovely and explained the process well. My son enjoyed his time with Lyn, she made him feel very comfortable. We received the report the next day and are very impressed with the detail and information provided. Especially the extensive list of advice for school and home about how we can continue to support our son as he learns. Thank you Lyn.
Lyn was great from the initial phone call. She showed interest in my son his and our troubles/experiences and provided a lot info prior to booking an appointment. During the appointment Lyn was very easy to talk to and seemed to be able to keep my son engaged which in no small achievement. The report came the following day and was very detailed with plenty of useful information. Thanks
