What a complete bunch of assholes. I signed up for their crochet newsletter only to be innundated with mail. I attempted to reduce the frequency only to receive even more! Attempting to unsubscribe didn't work either. I contacted the company directly to request removal? Not even so much as an acknowledgement. My junk folder currently contains over 150 messages from Prime, all received in the space of about 3 weeks.
