I recently bought my wedding gown at Purple Door and it was a fantastic experience! From booking the first appointment to the final check out, the entire process was so smooth. Lisa helped me try on multiple gowns, clipped each one, and gave her own feedback in addition to the ladies I brought with me. Their selection is overwhelmingly abundant, I could have purchased five different gowns if I really wanted too. Last Saturday, we visited The Purple Door for a scheduled appointment to try on wedding dresses for my cousin's wedding. Unfortunately, our experience left us feeling disappointed and undervalued. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO DO ALL THE WORK YOURSELF I went with my friend as a part of her bridal party to help her find a wedding gown, we came in on time for our appointment but one of the employees was still assisting someone else, so we were told to just start browsing but not to pull anything out yet, fine.
