I've only ordered from them online but it's been a great experience every time. Someone that works there (maybe the owner?) even took the time to go through their inventory of clay teapots to help me find something that I liked and that fit my budget. The tea ordered from there has always been of excellent quality as well.
PCT has top tier Lui bao, teaware, and customer service. I have ordered from them multiple times and have never been disappointed. I would recommend them to everyone

Favorite tea shop of all time! David, the owner, is amazing. The teas are amazing, especially the LB. Can't reccomend Purple Cloud enough.
