Great experience with Purple Cloud! I wish it didn't take me so long to find this place. Received my order quickly and everything was so well wrapped and secured. Highly recommend checking this place out.
Favorite tea shop of all time! David, the owner, is amazing. The teas are amazing, especially the LB. Can't reccomend Purple Cloud enough.
Just so you know this tea house is by appt only. The guy who runs it had a job and arranged for us to meet him there in the evening. We had a wonderful tea session with the owner of this shop. He was very generous and fun to talk to. We had a toddler with us and he was very chill about it even though there were a lot of breakable things. 100% would recommend to tea needs and his prices are very reasonable. Also fun you are looking for a tea pet or to get more tea ware.
I love this store and all their products. I’ve been shopping here for years before there was even a physical location. I live two states to the east and have made trips to this store in Auburn, CA. When I can’t get to Auburn I shop online and I am always pleased. Everything comes on time and in good condition. I couldn't be happier and everything I’ve bought is authentic.
