My experience with this company has been nothing short of abysmal. The initial order, placed in December, has yet to be fulfilled, a stark indication of either gross mismanagement or a deliberate act of theft. I have made multiple inquiries and they have given an array of excuses and misleading information. They have not responded to my latest inquiry. The only reason there is 1 start is because Google won't let you post a review without stars or negative stars . I placed an order in August and never received it. They don't answer the phone or reply to emails or respond to any other attempts a messaging them. They also didn't refund our payment when we tried to cancel the order. They have the WORST customer service I have ever encountered. I can't express how disappointed I am. Please heed the warnings and find what you're looking for elsewhere.
