A guy works in here I see him dancing around the store . He makes me uncomfortable . He wears glasses . I can’t bring my young family in here bc he makes me feel weird . I see him looking so comfortable in there every time I wanna buy a pillow or something I change my mind and bring business somewhere else. I never write reviews, but this company and store deserve one because of an exceptional employee. I’d heard a coworker rave about the Purple pillow, and on a whim we stopped in on our way out of the mall. We were immediately greeted by Devin, who was warm, knowledgeable, and never once pushy. He walked us through everything, encouraged us to try the products, and answered every question with patience and clarity. Within minutes, we knew we’d be customers. We had a great experience with Scott at the Roosevelt Field location. He was knowledgeable, patient (I went back and forth between mattresses a million times) and overall so helpful without being pushy. I recommend anyone come try out the mattresses, they have all types. I’ve loved my purple pillow for 2 years and can’t wait to get my mattress!

Stay away!! We bought a $10000 bed there and the delivery company came and cause damage over $1000. After six weeks back and forth, they offered a compensation of $80!!! No responsibility taken, no accountability. We are returning our bed and will buy elsewhere
