Dominique from purple mattress was super helpful in finding what I needed without being too pushy. She has me try on different pillows on the bed to see which would suit best and easy to talk to.

Bought rejuvenate plus, king sized. Amazing. Best night sleep. Plenty of garage parking. Organized showroom. Friendly salespeople. Sometimes stocked, sometimes not. While it claims to be a lux store, they do not come with convenience of luxury. The products are very good, I give them a 5 star. The staff is friendly, and on friendliness they rate as a 5. It’s Friday 6/13. Come over on my lunch break to test mattresses at 11:10am PST. Store was supposed to open at 10am PST. No one was working, store was locked up. Waited around till 11:30 in case it was a quick coffee run no one showed up. Store phone line isn’t manned; and the main customer service line didn’t have any answers either. Not a great experience as a customer.

It was our second visit to Purple and Dominique the manager was lovely to deal with both times. We tried the mattresses and the pillows and never felt pressed for time. Walked out with two pillows (love them) and coming back for a mattress.
