It’s Friday 6/13. Come over on my lunch break to test mattresses at 11:10am PST. Store was supposed to open at 10am PST. No one was working, store was locked up. Waited around till 11:30 in case it was a quick coffee run no one showed up. Store phone line isn’t manned; and the main customer service line didn’t have any answers either. Not a great experience as a customer.
It was our second visit to Purple and Dominique the manager was lovely to deal with both times. We tried the mattresses and the pillows and never felt pressed for time. Walked out with two pillows (love them) and coming back for a mattress.

Purple mattress is the best. It is way better than Tempur-Pedic. I love their Purple grid. It is cool and very elastic which conform to your body. They also have excellent customer service. I had an opportunity dealing with Danielle from their service department and Dominique from their Santa Monica store. They go above and beyond to help their customers. Dominique and Brandon were both so efficient and helpful in placing my mattress order. I was in and out quickly and they were both extremely kind and knowledgeable on the products!
