Purple mattress is the best. It is way better than Tempur-Pedic. I love their Purple grid. It is cool and very elastic which conform to your body. They also have excellent customer service. I had an opportunity dealing with Danielle from their service department and Dominique from their Santa Monica store. They go above and beyond to help their customers. Great sales associates and great products. Michael helped me test a range of pillows and provided a wonderful purchase experience.
I went in to test the pillows and they felt amazing! Michael was very patient and courteous while helping me determine which pillow was the best. I ended up getting two and am thinking about getting a mattress too. I’m a side sleeper and the low harmony one suited me best. It was extremely cooling and soft. Similar to the goose down pillows I normally buy. They do have other types for firmer pillows as well, but I like mine soft and moldable. Thanks again!
Our recent trip to Santa Monica included a stop at one of my favorite places Purple. Thanks to our amazing salesperson Dominique we had to make a purchase. She was friendly and knowledgeable with no sales pressure at all. Would highly recommend.
