THIS IS NOT A LAWFUL IN-STORE PURCHASE POLICY I went to the Purple store in Santa Monica intending to make a purchase and left without buying. I was told that providing my name and email address was required to complete the purchase and receive a warranty, and that the store does not have a printer, so a paper receipt could not be provided. Wrong directions on Google Maps. Store is suppose to close in 1.5hr and it’s already locked with no one to help. Useless.
Drove an hour to get here and the store is closed 2 hours before the posted time and a guy inside just going “nah man”
Store closed during open hours for no reason. No one there to help. Such a waste of time.
