We bought a softener and it has a leak no pressure n when we tell the person who installed it for us they never reply, I don’t refer any to this
I purchased a Puronics water softener system expecting it to effectively solve my hard water issues. Unfortunately, it has not performed the way it was represented. I continue to experience signs of hard water, including mineral buildup and water that simply doesn’t feel softened. My 97yr old grandmother had some salesman or your retailers at her house she doesn't know how she's going to afford this on her fixed income thinking it was going to be free but we all know free isn't free free is installation or equipment or something along those lines so if you guys can please remove this from her house she says that this company has put a lean on her home of 50 years
