Sales rep was informative after I asked questions about the different products. I had two other companies who came out for in home consultations, Puronics was the only one who did everything over the phone/email. Our special order product wasn’t ordered, as there was lack of communication between sales and product depts. They were very apologetic for the delay and provided alternative options, but it didn’t bother me too much. I’ve lived with hard water for 6months, and wasn’t in a super rush to get a softener. I just had my system serviced by Scott from Puronics and it was a great experience. He was on time and performed the service quickly, but took the time to explain what he was doing and showed me the condition of the internal parts which were in perfect condition. I’m very pleased with Scott the technician and the the service overall.
