Company mails card claiming they will provide you with a $30 gift card if they come and demo their system. Agent came, presented, left, one month later and still no gift card. Do not fall for this bait and switch! And if you do, file a complaint with the BBB and Attorney General. This company needs to help accountable.
Installed the system November of 2019 at the time of the sale they had told me about the recovery program for the first year of us owning it. Right after the sale calls go straight to voicemail. If I would’ve known they were not going to keep up their end of the sale with the checks I wouldn’t have purchased it.
Is this place still open? I am an existing customer and have been trying to get a hold of them for weeks. I've left voice mail message and inquires through their website. Classic no service - after the sale.
