Terrible experience with shipping with this agency, I don't understand what information they want to bring me my order if I already gave them everything, I don't recommend this service
i scheduled a pickup yesterday to my office - the driver came and did not pick up my package. rescheduled for today and asked that the driver give me a call - no show no call. had to drop it off myself. if this wasn't a prepaid package i would've definitely used a different service provider
