I'm a WD professional myself, so I don't take this lightly in saying they did a very classy, efficient, and thorough job of cleaning up, re-doing the kitchen, and handling the insurance through the entire process. They did this for my bro-in-law and I greatly appreciated their attention to his house and to my coordination efforts.
We recommended them for 4 of our clients and have to say that in each case, they handled the insurance (well in 3 of the 4 cases they handled insurance, and the 4th case it was a cash basis repair) and it was handled in a straightforward and efficient way. The actual restoration repairs weren't immediate in all cases because there was the customary back and forth with insurance and the choices being selected by the customers, but the mitigation work that got the homes back into safe conditions was definitely pronto.
