Purofirst did an absolutely amazing job on my kitchen remodeling project. It’s so beautiful. Everyone was very professional and they paid very close attention to detail. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I love my kitchen so much!
This company was referred to me by a friend who had restoration work done. The contact via email was fine and prompt and they immediately scheduled a time for Ken to come and do an estimate. My emails were upfront about what I wanted done (my master bath demo-ed and completely tiled). The shower (marble) and the floors (porcelain). I had my own loyal plumber that I preferred. Ken came out to do an estimate on exterior painting. He was rude, loud talking cocky, arrogant. Sunglasses on the entire time and chewing gum. Had a few hairline cracks on the trim in the stucco. He said he was taking a picture to send to his stucco guy. Because hairline cracks are a result of moisture. I work insurance claims and hairline cracks within less than an inch are normal in stucco.
