We had some water damage in our bathroom and insurance recommended Purofirst. We decided to take the opportunity for some updates. Jeff and Dan helped lead us through the process and gave us a very fair amd DETAILED quote. During the job there were some hiccups (not their fault) that they handled professionally and got us up and running in a hurry. Great communication and and super easy to deal with. Definitely planning more work with Purofirst

I had a fire in my bathroom due to the bathroom vent. The insurance adjuster recommended this team for the repairs. I didn’t know of another company and I figured if the adjuster recommended them, things should go smoothly. I am so glad I made the choice to hire them. I’ve been working with PuroFirst of Chicagoland for many years, originally meeting them due to a water issue in my home. We had an unfortunate incident with sewage and water damage, and the insurance company recommended Purofirst. We could not have been more pleased with a terrible situation. They reassured us, they walked us through all contingencies and they did excellent work. Larry came out and assessed all of the damage, ensuring we understood everything. On May 7, 2023 our home was struck by lightning. Between the fire, water and smoke, we lost almost everything (our family did make it out safely!).
