Purofirst did and great job! Angel, Alphonso, Joseph, and everyone were extremely professional and kind. Angel made sure that we understood the process and checked in regularly throughout the drying process to answer questions and make sure that we understood what was happening. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I'm glad that we had purofirst to guide us through the water remediation process.
Excellent service, respect, accountability. Very impressed with the process, steps were taken to keep flying dust in other areas of the house not worked on and the extreme care taken to clean up the area they worked in.
All work very professional..would recommend them to all my friends.. explains every step in full detail..very friendly staff..
