I just want to thank Jim, the owner for his advice and instructions on what to do after an emergency water accident. He gave me clear cut instructions and I appreciate him taking the time to talk to me in the middle of a confusing situation. Not many companies, and especially the owner, would take the time to do what he did…which is probably why he has great reviews. Thanks Jim!
