Had a great experience with PuroClean New Braunfels. Project Manager Jeremy was excellent—he coordinated well with us and our insurance company. The team handled water damage repairs including flooring, drywall, and painting. While the kitchen cabinets weren’t perfect, Jeremy went above and beyond to ensure overall satisfaction. Highly recommend his services.

They were first class in every aspect and extremely easy to work with. They took pride in their work and offered good advice throughout the remodel process. They go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. The biggest compliment I can give them is that I would (and will) use them again with zero reservations.

Highly Recommend PuroClean and their team of professionals. Specifically Shonta Barnes was absolutely outstanding to deal with. She was at my house in moments after calling her. She assessed our damage and within minutes, I had numerous fans and a dehumidifier in my house. I can't say enough about Shonta and her supporting team. Tremendous service with a smile. Definitely will use them again if the need arises and would recommend them to my friends and family.
