PuroClean was quick to respond and immediately took all matters in hand. We had a major sewer backup which flooded the basement area. They immediately cleaned up the feces, dried the area with fans and dehumidifiers. Then they removed the soiled vinyl tiles extending the area so we had a comfort level.
