PuroClean was quick to respond and immediately took all matters in hand. We had a major sewer backup which flooded the basement area. They immediately cleaned up the feces, dried the area with fans and dehumidifiers. Then they removed the soiled vinyl tiles extending the area so we had a comfort level. I definitely recommend PuroClean. Everyone was so helpful from those who answered the phone to those who performed the work. A raccoon and other critters got into my family’s attic leaving waste and destroying insulation and contents. They carefully removed the mess, sanitized, and replaced the insulation while protecting the rest of the house.
