We had a mold concern in our basement. The Puroclean office was extremely responsive. Kevin came by, visually inspected the area and gave us peace of mind. He wouldn’t take any money for his time. I’d easily recommend their services.

PuroClean was quick to respond and immediately took all matters in hand. We had a major sewer backup which flooded the basement area. They immediately cleaned up the feces, dried the area with fans and dehumidifiers. Then they removed the soiled vinyl tiles extending the area so we had a comfort level. They removed the wood subfloor and even the joists. They even helped us file with the insurance company. Kevin Grau was knowledgeable and competent. He is honest, ethical and concerned.
