This company does not know what they are doing when it comes to remodeling. They should stay with water damage and not offer remodeling services. They caused more damage to my home than what was caused by the water damage. They show up whenever they feel like it, if they show up at all, even after a set date and time has been agreed upon. First impressions are everything. Tech showed up an hour and 15 mins. late for appointment. Then didn't even have necessary tools to measure the square footage for an estimate, so he guessed at it. Didn't even go into crawlspace to assess damage as the other 2 companies did in order to accurately determine what would be needed for a precise estimate. Tech just looked in from the door. Wasn't impressed at all. Won't be using them or recommending them.

Ok but not ok Puroclean done a pretty good job inside the house of cleaning up the mold. I know that some items had to be thrown away but other things have came up missing, filing cabinet, some tools missing. After the dumpster was full I assume, the people doing work figured my mom's yard was the dumpster. My mom's back yard was a mess, concrete blocks, old wood, some metal things that my lawnmower blade found, and ruined my blades. My mom's back porch is packed with garbage they had leftover.
