We live in Ottawa and our basement flooded during the Canada Day 2026 storms. Connecting with Chris at PuroClean was a blessing as he answered all of my questions and walked me through the process. His team was also very responsive and helpful. The speed, quality and efficiency in completing the repairs made it less stressful for me to deal with a flood issue in a tenant occupied unit. Had a flooded finished basement. Artan' and his team arrived very quickly , did excellent job on initial clean up and subsequent extensive drywall, carpentry and tile work.
