Deepak and his team at Puroclean were absolute lifesavers for us. After water infiltration damaged our newly renovated home earlier this year, they handled everything with tremendous respect and professionalism from start to finish. Deepak’s communication skills stood out; I could reach him anytime with questions, and he consistently responded quickly, even on weekends. This company is great at one thing, giving excuses and giving me the run around for over 3 months!!! Only to be told that I need to find my own contractor to put in a rebuild estimate for a building that they had taken down. Thanks for that!! The only good thing about this claim so far is the contractor they used to take it down. The only reason I'm giving one star is because it's the only option!! You need to be better and honest!!

So far my experience with this company has not been a good one. Reading your other bad reviews it seems you have an excuse for all of them. I am gonna say now that you definitely have my name on record and I can list the people at your company at Muskoka PuroClean c that I have worked with. To be fair the manager has reached out to me and I will wait until we are officially threw with this company before I make my final review.

Jonnie from Puroclean came by today. Sent by our insurer. We have a major water issue. He was early, fast, capable & polite. Its a tough situation but he was very helpful at a difficult time.
