Our roof has a leak since May 2025 after we had our roof replaced by Renfined Roofing out of Prosper. Leak is coming from the wind turbine they replaced. So being concerned about other damages like mold, mildew, sheetrock attic flooring, insulation, etc. Corey from PuroClean - Plano came out for the attic inspection. He thoroughly checked for the water damage and he stated that he could see where it has been leaking. He took several pics and showed us. Gerry and his team at PuroClean did an outstanding job after my entire house was flooded due to a broken supply line. From day one they showed such a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. I had to give a review on the customer service of Marcus. This young man was very polite and courteous. Customer service is a big deal with me and nowadays good customer service is rare. I will definitely recommend this company. Marcus keep up the good work.

I have so much to say, that I have no clue where to start! But words cannot explain how grateful we are for Gerry and his amazing team. They are not just a business, they are people who care about their customers and will go the extra mile to serve them.
