Recently I had an insurance claim and went thru PuroClean from West Kelowna. I highly recommend. The project manager Sheree was very helpful and responsive to my calls, texts and emails. Rafeal and Johnathan were very professional and did great work restoring our basement. Great job 😊

I had an emergency water damage concern and Robert arrived within 24hr to assess my property and investigate the source of my concerning water leak. He thoroughly investigated the piping in the crawl space of my home as well as the moisture levels inside my house, ultimately determining that I had a burst pipe in 2 locations with the water trajectory pointing down away from the wood frame of the house.
