I have never been more impressed with a company in my life. I had bad water damage in my basement from storm damage. Nathan, came out right away. I can’t say enough good things about Nathan. His work ethic was over and beyond, he was all about his work and was very knowledgeable. The first day he worked alone and almost entirely removed my flooring, walls and dried it all out while carrying it all out and disposing of it by himself. PuroClean is an outstanding company to work with. Melissa kept in contact with us almost daily. She was very compassionate and empathetic. She was very patient with us as well, as the insurance process dragged out to a rather lengthy time. The PuroClean response crew was on time for every visit made. They were very professional and very tidy. The work they completed was top-notch. I would highly recommend PuroClean for any of their services you may require.

Melissa and Todd were great to work with. No matter the day or no matter what time. They were available to answer questions or concerns. Melissa and Todd went above and beyond to make sure our experience was pleasant. Great company and a great team. Very compassionate, this area needs more companies like this one!!! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!!!
