Basement flooded. Puroclean was here in a very short time and went to work. By that afternoon, almost everything was cleaned up and fans and dehumidifiers were running. I want to especially thank Jorge Villatoro who oversaw the operation and was there to answer all of our questions and concerns. He was extremely helpful.

Cynthia Penny is one of the kindest and most genuine people you'll meet. She is personable, caring, and always takes the time to connect with others. Her integrity and compassion are evident in every interaction. While I haven't personally used PuroClean's services, if I ever experienced a fire, flood, or another home disaster, they would be my first phone call because I trust Cynthia completely.
