Keenan was professional and thorough. I asked if he could do the job sooner rather than later, and he came right out, gave me an estimate, cleaned up human waste, and noticed water damage, which he also cleaned up. He charged me less than he had estimated. Very honest and very kind. This is your company if you need this type of cleanup.

Excellent company!! Dan and Devin who worked with me we're very efficient. If I called them they were quick to return a call back. I had a roof ice dam damage on February 14th 2026 from 20 inches of snow in upstate New York. My bedroom and bathroom both suffered the same fate. Leaked around windows, ceilings, walls, floor. You name it it got wet. Anyway they were quick to come out and dry out everything that needed to be dry out. No-one wants any damage to their home. Mine started with an ice dam that caused a leak. My insurance company recommended Puro clean. From beginning to end they were nothing but professional. WAIT let me ref-raze that, they were better than professional. They stayed in contact from beginning to end, they even contacted my insurance company to get and keep things moving. Nice enough guys showed up (3) but they never ended up following up with a quote, even after calling to check on the status. Ultimately a complete waste of my time.
