Danny, Hesita and the different puroclean team members were all very friendly and helpful! They worked with our insurance making it a smooth process. We had ice dams damage a room in our home so they removed all damaged areas, got rid of the moisture, pieced the space all back together and made the room better than it was before. We paid a deductible through insurance so I cannot comment on pricing below.

4/20 to update my review: their response was that we told them we would have our own contractor do the repairs once their work was completed which is a complete lie! We said no such thing! They’re obviously trying to cover their tracks. They were recommended to us by Allstate due to minor water dmg from our kitchen ceiling. Puroclean was hired to assess water damage in our finished basement. Karson arrived promptly to assess the situation. Work quickly began to dry up the area and remove damaged materials & property. Karson then coordinated all aspects of the mold remediation process before referring our project to Kevin for an assessment of our restoration needs. Mike was fantastic at getting the job done. He was fast and did not interfere with business operations. He made regular contact with the insurance company so that I could concentrate on work. When everything was finished, it looked like nothing ever happened. Thanks so much Mike and Puroclean! Highly recommend!
